Our Team

Lead Pastor and Church Planter, Drew began in vocational ministry in 2012 as a Worship Leader. Following nine years of ministry experience at HOPE Church (Richmond, VA), Drew and Paige answered a call to plant a church in the growing mid-urban area of Richmond city. 

Drew holds a Masters in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC). He is passionate about bring the message of the Bible, the Gospel of Jesus, to bear in his life and the lives of others. A particular point of passion is the embrace of Biblical literacy and Gospel application in a post-Christian world. A lover of the arts, reading, and Nebraska Football, Drew enjoys getting to encourage the faith of people in all ages and stages of life.

Over the course of her career, Paige has worked in the areas of communications, education, arts, business, and ministry in various capacities. She began her professional career teaching 6th and 7th grade English in Chesterfield County, Virginia and then transitioned into vocational ministry as a Worship leader, project manager, and communications coordinator at HOPE Church (Richmond, VA).

Alongside Drew and the creative team at HOPE, she developed a passion for seeing the gospel expressed through arts and creativity.

After taking a few years away from ministry to build a small family photography business, Paige re-engaged her education background by teaching middle school English at Tuckahoe Middle School and then Collegiate Middle School, both in Henrico, VA.

Now, Paige has joined the staff of Church on BLVD full time as the Executive Pastor. In this role, she brings her passion for discipleship and applying the gospel together with her skills as a project manager and strategic leader.
